Mark Bauer is a law student at the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana. During his studies, he participated in an ERASMUS+ exchange at Utrecht University in the Netherlands. He has experience working at law firms Kavčič, Bračun and Partners and Schönherr. He also represented his university in the European Law Moot Court (ELMC) competition.

Mark Bauer is a research assistant at the Open Data and Intellectual Property Institute ODIPI. His work primarily focuses on open science and copyright, and he participates in various copyright law projects.
