The California court dismissed all of the plaintiffs’ claims in Paul Tremblay, et al. v. OpenAI, INC., et al, except the claim for direct infringement.
A California court has dismissed all of the plaintiffs’ claims in Paul Tremblay, et al. v. OpenAI, INC., et al, except for the direct infringement claim, which the plaintiffs have until 13 March to amend. At the same time, the Court announced that it will consolidate the claims from two other cases, Silverman et al. v. OpenAI, Inc. et al. and Chabon et al. v. OpenAI, Inc. et al.
